As a former business founder and owner of 15 years, she led teams and partnerships that delivered measurable improvements in injury rates and worker wellbeing through collaboration, evidence-based practice, and innovative thinking. She thrives at the intersection of strategy and care - supporting organisations to build safe systems of work, embed strong safety leadership, and translate the biopsychosocial model into practical, sustainable outcomes. Driven by curiosity and a lifelong commitment to learning, she is continually exploring better ways to integrate health, performance, and safety.
